The CDR PalmOilTester multi-parameter analyzer is designed for analyzing both crude and refined palm oil. It is easy to use and provides reliable results. The food analysis system includes a photometric analyzer, available in two configurations, and a dedicated ready-to-use reagent kit developed by CDR chemical laboratories.

• Innovative photometric technology: The use of advanced photometric technology enables the optimization and development of new analytical methods to determine key parameters in food and beverages. The reading sensor ensures high sensitivity, a very wide measurement range, and excellent repeatability of analytical results thanks to improved LED light sources with fixed wavelengths (UV–VIS spectrum, up to 6 O.D.).
• Guided online analysis support: The system is very intuitive and easy to use, allowing users to operate it independently. Analyses are performed in just a few steps, with built-in guidance that assists users step by step.
• Multitasking mode: The multitasking function reduces analysis time. Multiple analyses of the same sample or different determinations of the same parameter across various samples can be performed simultaneously. During an analysis session, another session can be started while the first runs in the background, and it can be resumed with a single click.
• Internal memory: The analyzer is equipped with internal memory capable of storing thousands of analysis results, which can be viewed on the screen or exported via USB or Ethernet.
• Barcode and QR code reader: Systems in the CDR FoodLab® line support barcode and QR code readers. Sample codes are automatically displayed on the analyzer, allowing all analyses performed on that sample to be linked.
• Connectivity: Results can be shared by connecting the analyzer to a local network via Ethernet or exported by connecting it to a computer via USB.
