Because it is so easy to make a reliable measurement, anyone working in the plant can perform high quality analysis and contribute to product consistency.

The sample handling is easy: just grind the olives in a hammer mill with a 3 – 4 mm sieve, fill the cup up and place it in the analyser. And when a test takes 60 seconds with no additional costs, you test as much as you like until you have all the information you need.

Olive pomace can be analysed directly with no further preparation.
