  • The NIRS™ DS3 Milk Analyzer from FOSS provides near-infrared (NIR) analysis for milk powder with exceptional accuracy, in compliance with IDF 201 guidelines. The instrument is designed for use in laboratories or directly on production lines, making it ideal for routine production control and monitoring the quality of finished products.
  • Higher Productivity Accurate process analysis helps you operate closer to production targets and avoid costly rework. For example, achieving a moisture content closer to the target by just 0.1% can save up to EUR 50,000 per year at typical production volumes.
  • Process Optimization Ensure consistent performance across all instruments within your network. Calibration adjustments and instrument configurations can be performed remotely. Your database and calibration models are protected through automatic data backup. Remote instrument monitoring allows FOSS NIR specialists to troubleshoot and diagnose performance issues without interrupting operations.
  • Real-time Control The NIRS DS3 Milk Analyzer is easy to operate, minimizing the risk of operator errors. Simply place the sample in the sample cup, press the measurement button, and obtain results in less than one minute.
