Technical Features:

• The NHP100 is a new portable pellet durability tester (PDI index) from Holmen. It can be easily transported to various testing locations, requiring only a flat, stable surface for placement to ensure the best results.

• The system operates by introducing the pellet sample into the test chamber, where continuous air streams cause the pellets to collide with each other and against the solid, perforated wall of the chamber. Upon completion of the test cycle, the pellets are removed and weighed to calculate their mass. The Pellet Durability Index (PDI) is determined by the weight difference of the pellets before and after the test, expressed as a percentage (%).

• The NHP100 system is capable of calculating highly accurate results, featuring a repeatability accuracy of ± 1.0% PDI. The entire operating time is manually timed
