The OMVE FS211 Clean-Fill® Aseptic Filling Chamber is a UHT aseptic filling chamber, suitable for laboratory and pilot plant scales. The equipment is designed to maintain a sterile airflow working environment thanks to a HEPA filter, allowing for filling and packaging under hygienic conditions, minimizing bacteria and oxygen penetration into the packaging.
The system is suitable for various product types such as milk, non-carbonated beverages, juices, soups, sauces, and even alcoholic drinks. Equipped with a hygienic filling nozzle, temperature sensors, a touchscreen, and a condensate cooler, the equipment effectively supports CIP and SIP processes as well as automated operation when combined with OMVE's UHT systems.

Product Description:
The FS211 Clean-Fill® is a sterile downflow cabinet fabricated in stainless steel for maximum hygiene and cleanability and suitable for use with different closing devices. The integrated filler is controlled by a foot pedal and automated aseptic valves. The filling nozzle is part of the CIP and SIP process. Using the touchscreen, you can set and monitor the critical control points (CCPs) such as the sterilization time and temperature.
The integrated volumetric filling, as well as the optional capping functionality, make filling as accurate as possible.
The FS211 allows a wide variety of packaging, including PET and HDPE bottles, glass bottles, cans and cups, to be filled and closed within a controlled, hygienic environment.
